Verilife - Cincinnati (Med & Non-Med)

Went there today and tried to get meds and waited like 45 min in waiting area and there was only like 4-5 ppl in there. WTH takes so long to go in the “secret door “?!?!

The whole staff is amazing. The management always takes care of any issues I have. Every visit is a pleasure.

It was a very quick registration process (which for some could take hours this took minutes). Great selection first dispensary I’ve been to that has deals (this is my 3rd dispensary) very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend.

Cool shop, nice people, helpful staff. Not a huge selection (they’ve only been open 3 weeks, what can you expect) but what they did have was high quality.

This was my first visit here and I was impressed! I walked in and was immediately helped and checked in, front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. Zero wait time- lucky :) And David was super helpful and answered all my questions. I can't wait to try the stuff I got! Will return soon!

Location is good easy to fing and park

I loved the black friday deals, love seeing the $25 1 days, only complaint was the chairs, they hurt to sit in. Please invest in some better chairs <3

PROS: Top Quality Concentrates. Convenient location. Nice Atmosphere. CONS: No displays of any product. Had to buy "blind". Purchased Do-si-do and Aurora shatter for abdominal pain. Very potent.

I wasn't accommodating for my disability. I was pandered to and was turned away.

Most the staff is great but whoever's making the decisions for them is hurting the business. Being the only local dispensary open right now they figure they can get away with messing with patients. I will not be recommending anyone else to go there till I see huge changes.

Closed on Sunday, every dispensary I've visited is open 7 days a week, why can't this dispensary be open 7 days a week? unbelievable and unacceptable, I'll continue to drive past and go extra miles for my products!

Very nice people that are well informed about the product. Never seen it very crowded and my longest wait time was about 5 minutes.
