Vibe - The Ultimate Cannabis Experience

I ordered roughly $200 of items around 6PM EST. Had my order confirmed, which I received a text that it was confirmed. No call, no e-mail, no text, but I asked in chat when it would be delivered at 9:06PM EST, and the order was canceled at 9:09PM EST. I know you may be busy, and things come up, but is this how you run your business? I would have gladly driven to the store, had I known it would be cancelled. Will shop elsewhere from now on.

I’ve been going to Vibe since this company has started and always like to spend my money here because I know the owners from Holistic. One of my sauce carts that I bought a week ago leaked in my pants and ruined my pants( plus being out a cart) I brought it up to Vibe today because I talked to a receptionist and she said just to bring it up with the original packaging and I can get a refund. When I got there the manager on staff(believe his name is Colton) said that he cannot offer me a refund because it’s against their policy and that there is no way to tell for sure that it leaked. Bad business on their part. I’ve spent a lot of money at this place to have them think I’m lying is very disrespectful and rude.

Ordered via delivery for the 2nd time! After an unsuccessful first attempt, impressively successful this go. Order was perfect, driver was kind and patient. I believe the order arrived within 2hrs of ordering.

I had a great experience with my visit my bartender JOSH was very knowledgeable of each strain and had a very cheerful attitude and vibe I would 100% recommend to friends and family👍🏽 Keep up the good work
