just now New Absolutely the worse customer service. I waited over 5 hours to get my delivery order, and they left out one infused pre roll. I texted and they said they'd make it up next order. Next order came, they replaced it with a returned crinkled up regular pre roll. I called, texted, and no response from management. I will not be back. If I could zero stars I would. And their weed ain't that great anyway, just cheap.

I love this place I won’t shop anywhere else. The deals are amazing and the product is also amazing budtenders are super knowledgeable and special shout out to express thank you Jaden and BJ for helping me always. Yall rock !!!

Former employee and a customer since this establishment opened. I placed an online order today for curbside and I wanted the industry discount that they offer every Tuesday. Their daily discounts cut off at 7am the next morning. I am very aware of this policy since I worked there for a while. I sent two messages confirming that I would be getting the discount with my second message asking this question being sent around 6:43AM. I then sent a message around 6:45AM saying I was on my way after they confirmed that the discount was added. There was no warning message or anything telling me that if I arrived after 7AM, I would not be getting the discount. I left right away and got there a little before 7:15AM. They informed me that the discount had since been removed from my order because it was now after 7AM. I am completely understanding of the fact that your discounts have a cut off time, but when a customer is messaging you to confirm those discounts because it is so close to the cut off and you tell them that you added the discount. It would make sense that you should at least tell that customer they have until 6:59AM to get there or else the discount will be removed. I would have been happy to cancel my order because I knew I wouldn’t be able to get there before 6:59AM. That is the whole point of me messaging you to ask if I could still get the discount. This is horrible customer service in my opinion as anyone with half a brain would know to let that customer know they have 15 minutes to get to the store to get the discount. If this is how you treat long time customers and employees who left on good terms, I would be expecting some communication from the Nevada Department of Labor soon since I have plenty of insight on the violations at that store.

I mean it’s a cute store, but was really disappointed with the quality of product. I asked the associate about what he recommended for fresh flower, and I described the kind of high I was looking for. My boyfriend and I opened the packages when we got him and we’re so disappointed. It was super dry flower, that was not relaxing or giving any kind of body high. They potentially need to work on their product being fresher, or educating their staff on the product they’re selling. Guy was nice, just had no clue what he was recommending.

I was in a bad place when I first walked in I do not smoke much I had just lost my mother and came in to get some budd to help met this young man named Ben he made my day. He could tell something was wrong and talked with me awhile regarding my mother and how he lost his when he was 8. He really helped me with his kind words and advise and put me in a better frame just by talking and listening to me. Long story short he helped me get some bohemian brothers popcorn nuggs at the time. It helped a lot! really good for the price. Went back to see Ben and wanted to play a joke so I think I saw a young man named Zachary and asked to see Ben as if I was upset with him. He was on lunch he told me initially but I said get him out here he went to the back Ben came out and instantly remembered me and laughed saying I scared him he thought he was walking into a karen literally. Anyway I will keep coming back for this amazing service. Thanks wallflower and thanks Ben from the bottom of my heart.

finally a dispensary worth going back to I came in to see Ben he helped me get some garlic cookies shaker honestly wasn't impressed decided to give it one more try so I went back happened to see Ben told him. what I like is he didn't tell me I was wrong he was very nice told me how everyone did enjoy it and apologized for the fact of me not being happy he then told me he would speak with management regarding the product which was nice he then recommended me something better Deadhead OG and wow was I impressed little skeptical because of his first choice but I was very satisfied and I wanted to leave a review for him and thank him for being respectful of my opinion and thank him for helping me out. it's such a great store to way better then canopi.

Ben is fantastic at what he does he is the reason besides product of why I will continue to go back. When you get phenomenal service like he offers you don't want anyone else i'm old school he helped me find exactly what I needed and its my third time coming back had to leave a review. Best service I've received in a very long time.

I found your place while driving by on my home last week. I figured I would give it a try. I second guessed myself until I met this guy named Ben. As we talked and laughed about a few things he told me his nickname was "Big Ticket". Oh really I thought and he proceeded to tell me he has written some great orders in the short time the store has been opened. I told him my concerns with what I like, dislike,etc. Ben patiently went through the menu and carefully explained the differences between products and strains. He was without question the most knowledgeable bud tender I have ever spoken to. I did NOT get a feeling like he was trying to spend my money but rather help me get the best product for my needs at the best price. Another surprise. With all that said I made my first purchase which will NOT be my last. Thank you Ben for everything. Oh and the product was spot on. See you on the next go around LA

F**K THIS PLACE!!! This place is bulls**t!!! They lie in their advertisements! 420 special..3 Rove carts for $60 (IT DID NOT SAY Select Rove carts)..ADVERTISED THIS SPECIAL FOR A WEEK leading up to 420. I go up there, wait in line 45 minutes to find out that they only have TWO STAINS to choose from..(they carry at least 10 strains)! No manager available (how convenient)!! I have been a loyal customer for quite a while but after this RIP OFF JOKE..I think I will spend my money elsewhere. SOMEWHERE THAT THEY HONOR WHAT THEY OFFER!! WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!! EDIT: I just looked at my receipt & realized that they also OVER CHARGED me $30 because they didn't bother to discount one of the carts I bought. So LIARS & THIEVES!!

I was having a really bad day when I wanted to go get something from the dispensary to help my girlfriend and I relax and when I showed up the $6 prerolls were gone! I had only change! I had about $11 and I needed $13! That’s when I went to the car and we had no more money so I thought the night was only going to get worse.. then when I came in and explained I did not have the other $12 I was ready to pack up and go. That’s when this worker named Zachary W. Saved the day! He pulled $2 out of his tip jar and covered it!! It was a serious life saver wonderful workers with wonderful pot. You can not go wrong!

The last two or three times I went , the staff were incredibly helpful, professional, knowledgeable and fun to work with. Elizabeth, Francesca, and I believe her name was Jennifer, were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and their customer service was outstanding.
