White Fire - San Jose

Up until today, this had been my go-to collective. However, ever since the ownership changed hands, customer service has gone downhill. Today was the crux of it all, when my mother-in-law and then myself were lied to by two separate employees. For months, their electronic board inside has been advertising 3 full gram pre-rolls for $20, it's been one of my favorite deals to get. The electronic board *still* advertises it, so my mother-in-law purchased 3 of these deals this morning. When she checked once she got to the car, none of the pre-rolls were full grams. When I called to ask about the discrepancy, I was then lied to by whomever answered the phone (no name was given) that they've never advertised that deal. This abysmal behavior has lost you three customers, one of which had been frequenting your locale several times a week for years.

I am a brand ambassador for Heavy Hitters and today’s event here was a total success. Patients left happy and amazed that with their purchase they got the choice of a free tattoo.

Pricey but their solid

As a newbie, I was thoroughly overwhelmed by so much selection and the hundreds of products, strains, concentrates, pens, etc! The lady behind the counter was so enthusiastic and helpful that she made me feel quite confident in my selections by the time I left!
