Zen Leaf - Germantown (Med)

I don’t know if this is due to the COVID 19 rules and restrictions, but once I arrived, it took 20 minutes for someone to bring my order out to me.

Big thanks to bud tender Sam who very patiently walked me through the use of the Evolab refill system for my favorite strain Montana Silvertip.

Every time I go to Verilife it’s been a pleasure. Everybody is attentive,friendly and helpful. I saw my favorite bud tender today, Claire (hope I spelled that right) just to let Claire know the Corleone Kush is as awesome as you said it was

Management and staff are welcoming and great at getting you to the right strain. 6/7 strains recommended have been exactly what I expressed I was looking for.

Never been but would like to! I'm disabled so thought I'd call first. Phone number on website is to another state. I found a "local" number (240) but searching around. I called that number, got a recorded message, then it hung up on me! I just had a few questions! Not a good first impression...unless of course, someone responds to this post!

I was really impressed with how professional and comfortable they made me feel, and they have one of the nicest looking dispensaries I’ve been to yet.

great place with great people. constantly setting the bar for other dispensaries to follow. i hope they bring a deli or larger quantity ordering service...buying in eighths is killing the wallet.

Every dispensary in Maryland uses the same suppliers. Quality of a product is a BRAND issue, not a DISPENSARY issue. The array of items available at Zen Leaf Germantown is immaculate. There are so many different items to choose from. Their weekly deals seem to be consistent, so if you miss a deal one day, it'll most likely come back around next week. The service is great. Everyone is in a good mood, well versed, and patient. The staff WANTS to be there. You can tell everyone is where they want to be and it reflects in the work they put in. <3

Visited ZenLeaf this week, and was super anxious going in, as this was my first time at a dispensary. I was warmly welcomed by staff at front desk, and was given a new patient folder full of information. Vince was great, and helped guide me through all of my questions and concerns. This is a very nice location & would recommend to anyone.

Seriously fixed the growing pains from opening by my second visit and adapted quickly to covid. Accurate, knowledgeable, and helpful. Very professional. Greatful to Zenleaf!!

First time in today. Lovin the new shop. Big selection, had all my shatter flavors and great promos on top of it! Sam was very helpful throuh my first time at Zen. Might be my new number 1...

I recently visited this location. It was the first time in my life going to a dispensary. I must admit I don’t know much about cannabis and I was a little nervous. From the moment I open the door and walked inside they made me feel welcome. I don’t know the names of the two young ladies and the really cool guy in the front but they were very nice and patient with me. Once all my information checked out I went to the back where I met Sam one of the patient care advisors. He was so helpful and very knowledgeable he explained everything I mean this guy was an Encyclopedia he knew all products,what they have, what each product is use for and the difference between one and the other. Honestly if I had a business I would love for a staff like this to run the place. Thank you to all the staff for making this a very Pleasant experience props to all of you especially Sam.
