Zen Leaf - Germantown

I was a little upset that when I went to the Germantown location, I was told by your front desk that you can accept paper IDs from the DMV, but I called corporate just to make sure we were all on the same page and they told me that you don’t accept paper IDs. So I’m just frustrated because every time I come to Zen leaf, I either have a good experience or a bad experience and I just don’t think that it’s fair to me if I keep coming here to spend money, which I will always do, but if I have a bad experience, I will also put in a bad review.

High quality, but you can find good quality everywhere. This is one of the most expensive dispensaries I’ve ever visited. Ended up walking out and going elsewhere bcs the actual prices in store r not wat was advertised on here, which has been removed or changed to watever percent off “apparel” after I let everyone in the store know. Prob shouldn’t have handled it that way but I was upset. Especially after the guy behind the counter admitted they do it as a tactic to draw in customers not actually honoring a single deal or discount they advertise. Or there will be a discount just a fraction of the posted discount. Worst dispensary I’ve ever stepped foot in, by far, hands down. I hope they change bcs it has potential. But they don’t do proper business. I buy an oz a week to smoke. These days sell to ignorant new comers that just don’t know any better. I can’t afford 500 dollar ozs

Zen Leaf isn't a bad store. The people are mostly friendly and try to be helpful. That said, they seem to have an issue with keeping supplies stocked. For the first four months or so since recreational was made legal, they just weren't keeping up supplies, even Varano which is their parent company(!). I would prefer a little more brand/strain variety, since many other brands have nicer/larger buds. As for discounts, they almost never honor their Sr. discount. If you do have a coupon, it takes about 10 minutes or so to find someone authorized to punch it in. In the meantime, the line behind me was getting long. I've been going to Zen Leaf for the majority of the time, because they are less than a mile from me. I need to rethink things a bit.

Bud was pretty mid, but charges top shelf price. Always have to wait atleast 30 minutes for recreational. They have it set up so stupid! One line for rec but if a med customer walks in they get preference so it takes even longer. Def just try another dispensary
