This place definitely is a one of a kind dispensary. That is said with ease just by pulling in the lot at studying the elaborate art covering the N. wall once inside everything is behind glass and you really do a majority of your selection through the bud tender(but they have Lil paper & pencils to take notes as you look around, and belive me you will be in awww. The Glass Cabinets got to the ceiling. So #getlifted and enjoy! P.S. Diego's try and keep your PAX Era cartridge section fully stocked PLEASE!

Once, I recieved a promotional text mentioning $4 full grams for the day. When I walk in, I'm told that the promotion was incorrect and that they didn't have any grams in house that were that price. I was then offered higher priced items for sale. Another time, I place an order online for a full gram joint (didn't need much, was going on a hike) when I walked in, I was told that there were printing issues, but if I knew what I ordered, he could grab it for me. I told him. And he brought me a half gram joint under the same strain. I told him that what I ordered online mentioned it was a full gram joint. He apologized and told me it was incorrect, but he could get me another one. Thus, up charging my original order. I'm not suggesting there's a problem with the folks who work there, but with the service and corresponding detail. I also sense that it could be a marketing ploy to get people in the shop, only to have to buy more products to fit their original needs. It's incredibly frustrating, and it wastes my time when I could be headed to another location with fair deals and better product.

I absolutely love this location! There is a huge selection and you are welcome to view the different product through glass windows, which is great, almost like window shopping. The bud tender was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and had great recommendations. The dispensary itself feels open and inviting, they did a great job with interior design. It is a short 8 min walk from the SoDo Light Rail Station. Definitely my new cannabis spot.

When I picked up my order I was the only one in the shop besides one customer at the cashier. I got in the red carpet line for pickup orders and a couple more people had come in. I had to a point out that I was in a express line and the 4th to get help after pointing it out. The weed that I picked up was printed with a harvest date a year old. This used to be my go to store.

was almost a daily regular at Diego and grew to know staff well due to schedules that didnt change. Diego catered to my age group 50s. Now that its Zips they definitely have ruined the whole thing. Regular budtenders have all over schedules. New staff are young and somewhat inexperienced. Music is always loud and often offensive. Zips you are chasing a large group of customers to other locations.

Fantastic dispensary, I got helped out immediately and the budtender was very helpful. The variety of products is amazing as well, I will def be back !

The atmosphere was grand, with high vaulted ceilings, product light up behind wood molded glass walls and cases, and 6(?) registers with budtenders. I went in looking for a specific product, that they did not have. This was astonishing given the variety of products. One of the tenders assisted me and recommended another option, which was budget friendly. This store offered veteran, senior and member discounts (consisting of telling them your phone number). The member prices were listed next to the products and were several dollars cheaper than non member. The tender also recommended a nice coffee shop to relax at, which was greatly appreciated. They had a Leafly red carpet line that I stood in while they helped others choose their items. I waited 15 minutes while 2 clerks waited on 6 others before waiting on me. I had ordered here and my order was waiting but they don't give any special treatment for Leafly line. 2nd time this has happened. I like their bud but I won't bother to place my order on LEAFLY anymore.

I love this place, they've always got great selections and reasonable prices. Also, their customer service is really good.

Stopped in for my first visit today and was extremely impressed with both the quality offered and the knowledge of the budtender who helped me out, Anthony. This guy knew his stuff, and provided some awesome recommendations to compliment what I already had in mind. It’s always great when you know your budtender actually smokes and knows what top shelf is - I’m so tired of going to other stores and getting low quality recommendations to move their old inventory. Not here! They also offered a 20% discount for first time customers who sign up for their rewards. Members get 15% off every time they shop - these guys want your business (multi-state with lots of 💸) and I’m happy to oblige. Overall great experience and I will most certainly be integrating this place into my usual stops!

budtenders that don't know basic products. I went in asking for a product, she had no idea what I was talking about so instead of asking or trying to find me the information she just suggested whatever was in front of her. top notch salesmanship...

The location is great, easy access, I only wish the staff was as engaging with the customers as they were with each other. From the moment I walked in to the moment I purchased a pre roll, no staff member ever acknowledged me or the other customers, they seemed too busy chatting to be concerned with their guest, I am in customer service,and this location provide zero percent satisfaction on that level. It is also the first dispensary that I haven't been carded at, granted I definitely look older than 21, dont think too many millenials dye their beards gray to look older, concerning none the less when the security @ the door just smiled and waved @ me as I walked in, perhaps too much product testing on the job, who knows. I can't say I will return, I like to shop at various locations to share the love, but I only return to stores that wow me, this is definitely not on my list anymore.

No i have the feeling that they are being very tricky.. i have almost to insist to get what I want because it is mislabelled or hidden on the back or of some other reason. I always buy large amount to get the best deal possible and 3 out of 5 times someone will over charge me. And i have to let them know. Not only happening to me. Anyway people here dont do their job correctly here.

As a Brand rep for a cannabis company I visit a lot of stores and meet a lot of people. My experience with Justin was absolutely one of the best I've had in the industry. He was knowledgeable and attentive and spent so much time showing me different products and helping me figure out what I want. More budtenders in the industry need to be like this guy.
