Supremely easy process with good doctor interaction. The online check-in forms made the actual appointment pretty quick because my doctor came into the appointment knowing exactly what my issues were and talked me through how to use and possible side effects. Really professional and organized process makes it quick and easy to get your card.

So far the process in getting my Prescription has been very easy and helpful.

My first visit was great and quick. My second one for recertification was not. The first time my certification showed up immediately. The second time it seems to have changed to 24 hours which now Im being told 48 hours. Neither of these times are stated anywhere on the site or any of the emails. My first scheduled appointment for recertification I sat and waited for 20 minutes with no one attending the meeting. I rescheduled for the next evening and waited 30 minutes before I was seen. I attempted to call support twice by the way and was told to wait 24 hours... However last time it was instant and other providers do it instantly...... I went with this provider because of my smooth service the first time. But there are others who are better priced and much more responsive.
