The appointment was amazing and quick, however with my experience, Full Service has not been convenient. My appt was Monday, it's now Friday, my application is still not uploaded to MO. I had to call for my login info because I didn't get a text. I asked, when I called, what was acceptable to prove residency, since I have an out of state ID, was told my T-Mobile bill would work. That was Weds morning, got a text last night, Thursday night, and they were just getting stuff together to do the app for me. Am just going to do it myself and hope for the best. Can't be that hard, I dealt with Military paperwork my whole life lol. Holding out on the would recommend because it's not been easy.

Elevate was amazing! And so painless. The Dr was kind and knowledgeable. And it was cheaper BY HALF! $49 bucks verses $100 bucks almost everywhere else. 10/10 I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market to get their MMJ card. The only issue I had was my wifi connection for the telehealth video call. The video chat was dropped like 3 times. But im pretty sure that the connection issue was on my end. If you have any qualms about going for your card, DONT! JUST DO IT! I can promise you, you won't regret it!!!

As a patient with PTSD with no military background I was worried I wouldn’t qualify. However from the start Dr. Miller’s video call made me feel comfortable enough to open up and talk about trauma that I haven’t talk to about with anyone. After hearing all the facts of my situation , Dr. Miller did not ask Invasive questions that kept me from getting my medical marijuana card in the first place. Thank you for that Dr. Miller and want you to know I was instantly emotional after our call.

I went to get my allotment renewed and increased. Prior to Elevate I was using a different company for 2 years. I’m glad I found a company that really puts patients first! I was seen and within minutes after visiting with the doctor was approved for my renewal. They even streamlined a service that seemed very complicated the first time… by offering a full service option so I can simply just take care of my state fee. This company seems to be doing something right :)

Either my connection was slow or elevates. Dr Chen was nice and answered my questions. I am slow at texting. We had to text back and forth and couldn’t do the full doxyme expirience that made it slow for the doctor to respond. Price was excellent too!

They made getting my medical cannabis card so easy. The doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly. What a great experience. Thank you again for helping me get the medicine that works for me.

Shopping around for another Dr to renew my medicinal card, for less money than my previous online provider. Was able to make an appointment the same week, the call itself was a few minutes, and the Dr was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

This was the easiest and one of the best organized from sttart to finish i had the full service all i had too do was put in my address, and basic info they did the rest its that easy the dr i talked to was great i highly recomend people using this company. Thanks for the help with everything

I was treated so well by the staff- from the initial phone call to the tele-appointment with the doctor. I had already filed all of my paperwork through the state and was fairly familiar with what I needed to do when I first called, but the intake specialist was still incredibly thorough. I was able to get a virtual appointment scheduled with a doctor for THE VERY NEXT DAY which was amazingly fast. The Appointment itself was straight forward, typical video call, and the doctor was extremely kind and again, very thorough with explinations (Dr.Miller). I am grateful for this service and would recommend it to ANYONE looking for guidance or a doctor to use.
