Very easy, quick process! Got on their website and got an appointment right away. It took me longer to fill out paperwork than it did to see the doctor. Highly recommend!

Staff was amazing!! Dr. was nice and understanding!! Telemed was professional just like my normal Dr's. Really impressed because my renewal was approved in 2days. Elevate Holistic is the way to go and will always be my to go to every year.

The process was easy and quick. The doctor was friendly and his cannabis knowledge was second to none. I wish I’d done this long time ago after seeing how easy it was. I got approved 14 days after my application was submitted and my card should arrive in the mail any day this week.

After my first call, I wasn't able to talk to a live person. I was immediately sent to voice mail the other five times I called.

I loved the convenience of this service. The doctor was very pleasant and easy to speak with. The only trouble I had was a tech problem with the state's website; which the staff at Elevate went out of their way to correct the problem.
