Still waiting for the doctor to submit my documents from to the state so that I can get my medicine

Everything was quick and easy. I was worried I might have someone judgemental but my experience was the exact opposite. The doctor was sympathetic and suggested a few things to help me in my daily life to reduce pain.

What I liked about the visit was that is was not as stressful as I anticipated. The Doctor was very knowledgeable and compassionate. Elevate Holistics staff was very helpful through this entire process. I appreciate your help and service.

Very helpful with resolving an issue with the upload of the approval and recommendation to the application. Once I brought this to their attention, they were on it! All was fixed within a matter of minutes. Very happy I went with them in getting my renewal recommendation. The doc was friendly and asked a lot of questions to ensure I was comfortable with Cannabis.

My experience with Elevate Holistics was nothing short of PHENOMENAL! If I could give them 10 stars out of 5, I would. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Elevate Holistics! They helped me so much in the facilitation of me getting my medical marijuana card. I actually won my doctor's visit by watching Evolution magazine which is fantastic I watch them every week and Elevate Holistics just happen to be giving away a free certification that week. So not only did they hook me up with a doctor who was Dr Coon and is wonderful. They were not only professional but they were so kind and helpful. I can't say enough about Stephen, Nicole, and Aspen! Found Elevate after an online search. Good reviews and looked legit Paid for the full service and glad I did. You have to provide a lot of personal info but after that they took care of everything. Doctor Duong (online visit) was punctual and professional. All completed and sent to the state in 24 hours. Would highly recommend.

Had an appt booked and conducted within in 24 hours. The certification uploaded to the portal the same day. Thorough. the doc caught diagnoses I knew I had but didnt know qualified for the certification. will return for renewal.

It was super easy and fast the paperwork before meeting the dr took longer than the actual dr visit. The dr was super nice and I feel the price was a good price plus it was even better didn’t have to leave my house to get the approval! Definitely recommend this place!
