I paid for my OMM card renewal to be processed here, because my original card came through this clinic. I waited several weeks and when I hadn’t heard anything,I called to check the status. They realize that they had never submitted it. This was one day before it expired. I was offered a free pre-roll for my trouble. I wasn’t going to write a review, until I saw the one where another person had their paperwork messed up. They charge too much to be that lax.

$175 WASTED. Did not submit my app for 2 weeks! Called and they kept saying they did. Did assessment and dr recommendation on march 13th, 2021. Two weeks later, no confirmatuon of application mail from OMMA. Called repeatedly to ask my I had not got the email confirm. So I went back to GWC and they finally submitted it on march 27th, 2021. I got the confirmation email 2 hours later. Now my application is denied because it has been more than 30 days because they messed up. I have to pay someone else another 175 now. Zero stars if I could. Will never return here though I love their product. I love supporting Black owned business, but I won't support bad business of any color.

the pre-roll and atmosphere were good, the budtenders were well informed and made me feel very comfortable.
