This is the worst experience of my life. This people are scammers just trying to get your money! They have done nothing to help me with this process and have just given my the runaround. It’s been a week of bullshit and they won’t give my money back. I’m disgusted with the customer service I have received. This is a horrible way to treat disabled people!

This was my first time getting a medical consultation online because i never trusted telemedicine before but i fractured my leg and didn’t have anybody to escort me. Not that i’m glad i broke my leg but glad i came across this clinic. They really gained my trust from the beginning. Still wary of online medical services but i didn’t have any trouble with these guys.
