I either had to wait much longer than expected or didn’t get clear updates about when the appointment would actually happen. It felt like there was no real structure or respect for my time. On top of that, the appointment itself felt rushed and not very thorough. I didn’t feel like my concerns were actually being listened to, and the interaction seemed very surface-level. It gave the impression that the goal was just to get through the appointment as quickly as possible rather than actually help the patient. Another issue was the lack of follow-up or guidance after the appointment. I was left unsure about next steps and had to figure things out on my own, which shouldn’t be the case for a paid medical service. Even basic instructions or clarification would have made a big difference. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and poorly managed. Between the scheduling issues, rushed interaction, and lack of support afterward, I wouldn’t recommend using this service.
