Appointment went fast. Waiting room was the longest, but not bad. Professional young lady. Certificate attached at end of email from appointment. A bit pricey, but worth it, at least to me.

First time buying, very kind and helpful from opening the door to enter and to leave…vast variety of items…I didn’t realize with my brand new certificate that morning I would be able to purchase….was like a dream ….thank you all very much. I wish it costs a teeny bit less ;)

Trying navigate the VA website and contact a provider was tiresome. Numbers and location were not accurate. Using this online provider cut thru connecting me with a provider setting up the appointment, sending reminders, trouble shooting guide, I felt supported and they have provided a very positive customer service experience. Worth every penny.

Wonderful experience! They sent several reminders of the appointment, and even called once before to make sure I had no questions or concerns beforehand. Shenise was quick yet thorough in her assessment, which really eased and helped the anxiety I scheduled the appointment for! Would highly recommend them.

I was very nervous in taking this next step and everyone I spoke to from the initial phone call to the doctor who approved my application due to my severe health issues were absolutely incredible. I felt heard and understood and that they genuinely cared with helping me navigate the process and getting access to medication that actually HELPS my conditions. I finally have hope.

Change med from IL to VA was pleasant, fast and efficient. I have not tried buy my medicine yet but I have noticed low thc options and more cbd. I'm interested to feel the effects VA products.
