My interview was extremely pleasant! My doctor was knowledgeable and very informative, taking time to answer the questions I had about the whole process. The young lady I also spoke with, was very professional, pleasant and helpful.

Could not see the doctor, have NOT seem me ANY INFORMATION AFTER THE VISIT. NO INFORMATION ON WHEN I AM GOING TO RECEIVE MY CARD!!!!!

It was private, the questions, were simple, and the Dr. asked the questions that pertained to why I needed this card and it not to replace my meds. Only to help cope whit my illness.
