I would recommend a other service els where . Much cheaper Prices els where. You can a card for 75$. Just look around before going here.

Still has my case in Pending at almost 3 months. Plus dont see any contact information to speak with someone about my case.

The telemedicine appointment was easily set up and the NP seemed very competent and interested in my medical condition. One glitch: I was looking for a confirmation in email which did not arrive. The information about the call came through on messaging. Have not yet received a card.

I had problems getting on and they offered to have someone call me. I finally got on (was using wrong browser) and the doctor seemed really interested in helping me. There is a legal form required for the state and when I told him I had no printer he had someone call and walk me through the online version. He was more than patient as I was using a phone keyboard and have fat fingers. They explained everything very well. Great experience.

I’m a new patient and carry a medical card from another state. I recently moved here, and wanted the convenience of shopping locally instead of driving to DC. I was incredibly impressed with the ease, professionalism, friendliness, and quick response time! It was even offered to me to change my appointment date to an earlier day! My consultation was quick but thorough, and I’d submitted my previous (from my former state) physician’s referral, as well as a copy of my out of state medical card. I would absolutely refer anyone here!

Appt was on time, with right information. Follow instructions and have the information correct and was an easy streamlined process. Waiting 30 days on pharmacy board now. At least certification was easy. So its 30 days on board and another 21 days to mail card. So all together looking at about two months total give or take and have to renew annually or have to go through the whole process again.

I could see the interviewer, but he said he could not see me. I had seen my image on the screen while in the waiting room. He said he did not care what I had seen, I had to fix it! I turned my camera off and then on, and it worked. He asked why I wanted the card. I was speaking about my situation, then he cut me off and asked if I had ever smoked weed. I said yes. He asked if I ever had a problem with weed. I said no. Then he said I was approved. He never smiled and was rude.

Never got the card they promised. Spent over 200.00$ and got NOTHING to show for it.

Everything thing on the site said after I register and make payment, they would send me an email with instrucions on how to log in to the interview with the medical professional. I never received such an email, so I called and asked. It turns out the email with the log in information is sent on the day of the scheduled interview. Had I known that, it would have saved me time looking for log in info. and calling them.
