As General Counsel of Leafly, Kimberly leads the company’s regulatory, legal and compliance functions and spearheads Leafly’s policy and government relations efforts. Kimberly brings more than 20 years of legal experience working with consumer-facing businesses in highly regulated industries, advising on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters including SEC compliance, corporate governance, financing and structure, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic investments.
Kimberly has served as General Counsel of Aria Energy and Assistant General Counsel and VP of Investment Governance at American International Group, Inc. (AIG). Her private practice experience includes practicing with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and as a partner with a securities law firm. Kimberly received her J.D., with honors, from Columbia University School of Law and a B.A. in Psychology from Harvard College. Kimberly is based in New York City.
