Update: we were right! The manager delivered the bud and continued to argue and refused to admit we were right. We got some free fsc king size gross blunt wraps and a 30% coupon and a tiny .4g preroll of shake. The eighth was only 3.4g. Will never be back, and will spread the word about how horribly we were treated. Learn how to provide some customer service, I suggest you consult Lume. They've got it down.

I have gone back and forth with Lume. I currently have a 1 star review on Weedmaps for them that I can't revise for a few weeks. So I came here in the meantime to give them the 5 stars they deserve. I was angry they had a horrible med selection. They have since been working to provide at least one high thc medical strain in stock, so I genuinely appreciate that they are listening to our feedback. My visit after the review I went in and had a new staff member help me and some issues ringing up my order with my medical discount. I was so frustrated! But the manager fixed it and I got a preroll for the hassle... So I leave pretty happy. But when I get home I notice there is only 4 jars when I bought 5!! I freaked out! I called them and they said they were going to take inventory and call me back. 20 minutes later the manager called and his first words were YOU WERE RIGHT. This is HUGE. They KNOW customer service and admitted when they were wrong. They got me my product and threw in a good amount of free product for the hassle. I am MORE than happy. Then my next time I went in, I noticed that they were ringing in the discount when you order from the budtender. They tell you your after discount total before you reach the counter. Perfect! They learned from the mistake! Also, THREE people counted my order to make sure it's right. Long story short, Lume knows customer service for SURE. They learn from their mistakes. Their product is great when it's high THC. They should probably just drop the low thc stuff. But overall I am more than pleased. Even when your experience isn't perfect at first, they more than make up for it! Great job lume! Thank you!! <3
