I called the store was placed on a queue which is fine I waited 45 minutes just to get hung up on. I went to the location saw a dispensary associate asked if there was differences In lines and was told all was the same and I waited in line for about a half hour I saw a woman barely come and talk to the same associate and she told him she was a MMJ patient no express order and she went right in. I addressed the same associate and he let me in. Nonetheless I go in store and wait even more, got to the point of being helped with the bud tender and. He was very rude and disrespectful. For the wait and the trash products they offer go elsewhere. No deals, Overpriced, and lastly no integrity.

I called the store and was placed in a queue which is ok. I stayed on hold for about 45 minutes then got hung up on. The call was to see if they had a specific product in store. I still went to their location and when I got there asked a employee that came outside if there is separate lines for medical & recreational since I’m a MMJ patient was told no all the same. Waited in line for about a half hour and then a woman came said she was a medical patient no express order and they let her in and I asked the dispensary employee that told me otherwise what was that about since I was told different, nonetheless I was let in. I waited in store longer as soon as I was attended by the bud tender he was very rude. Been a customer here when it was Emerald and to be honest Curaleaf is a dispensary that doesn’t care for MMJ patients so for that I say head on somewhere else. Where they actually help you without the disrespect.

Harvest doesn’t have the best selection of flowers, concentrates, or cartridges. They hardly run any deals. Bud tenders are very out of it, don’t want to help when you ask them. For all those issues I recommend going to a dispensary where the bud tenders make sure you’re satisfied and help with whatever they can.

I love Oasis South Chandler, but Oasis North Chandler is a dispensary I personally don’t like going to I always place a express order but seem to wait longer then anticipated. I wonder why walk-ins and people who also place express orders that check in after me get assisted before me. Front desk seems to always be lacking when it comes to that awareness, bud tenders at this location are legit and friendly. This isn’t just a one time error it’s every single visit I have at Oasis North Chandler. I call them out and they rudely disregard what I have to say. So for those of you reading this and who have similar reviews you understand what I mean. What should be a quick in and out visit turns out to be a 30 minute to a Hour and a Half wait, and if I’m lucky a Two hour wait! I really hope this Oasis location addresses and fixes this issue. It’s sad when other MMJ patients are upset and also noticing and experiencing this issue while I’m there.
