I would like to give this place a good review because I've been impressed with their live resin in the past. However, today my caregiver went in to pick up several grams of concentrates and the employee first got the order wrong, my caregiver had to come back to exchange for the proper product, then realized they ended up over charging us by about $25. We were told their advertised prices were a mistake and they refused to honor them. Can't say that we'll be going back if those are their business practices. Sorry Portland Extracts, not impressed anymore.
