The products they have are amazing quality, but one of their bud tenders is not just disrespectful. Every time I have come in, she’s on her phone or reading and acts like I have interrupted her me-time. There was one time where I was waiting patiently behind the man she was helping and she asked me if I was looking for anything, so I said the sale and I wasn’t too sure if there was one so I asked about it and she rolled her eyes, left her customer, and showed me where it was even though I was fine with waiting. There was also a day where I had come back in and asked why the grams weren’t $8 a gram anymore and she seemed mad that I even asked, but I was just curious because it had been like that for many many Fridays before that and I was confused. Her customer service is not good and I think that someone needs to train her better. She even brought her cat to work and I’m allergic. I’m not going to be coming at night from now on because I know that’s usually when she works.

99% of the time I get nice quality extracts I'm totally happy with flavor, smell, texture/consistency, etc. I do miss more of the cheaper inhouse extracts that used to be available, but the live resins and rosins made in house are by far my fave in Oregon. Not sure how discounts are applied, doesn't always seem consistently applied though. Got $82 of menu prices extracts on a Tuesday recently and was charged $75 when it was all supposed to be at a 15% discount...whether the discount is applied to each item or the total price and rounded up either way it should've been $70 or $71, not sure how that got worked out and became closer to a 10% discount. Be nice to have ability to preorder and pick up or have an express lane, especially now with 1person/group limited in the show room at one time. I generally know what I want before arrival and am 2-5min tops and have had to wait over 35min for 1 person ahead of me and a group of two that had been in the showroom for awhile before I arrived to wait in line

Went through to grab some of their oil awhile back. Great selection of oil but the budtender barely looked up from her phone as I walked in. As I’d ask questions, she seemed annoyed that I was distracting her from her phone and she was extremely short and rude. I’ve seen other budtenders there that have been incredible and helpful but I’d highly recommend walking out and coming back if the blonde budtender is there. Will never purchase something if she’s working. I don’t spend 300+ at a time on oil and flower for some snooty blonde to act like I’m wasting her time. Highly unprofessional and again will not enter the building again if she’s there.

This is my corner spot and I absolutely love them. Every employee is kind and knowledgeable, their products are consistently stellar, and I am disappointed when I go anywhere else.
