Very professional, they have their process figured out to a tea. Always a great selection that is priced well and changes frequently.

The woman at the front desk w dark long curly/wavy hair was very welcoming. The man who helped me in the other room was training a new hire, he gave me attention while also helping to train the new person and was very pleasant during the entire interaction

Looks like it’s in a creepy place but honestly it’s a fantastic store and the people who work there are knowledgeable and friendly.
