I had a bad experience at the dispensary. Number "1" Jess was the 1st bud tender. I Pre-order. The regular line had about 4 people in the and I was in the other line. As, other patients were in the regular line they got helped b4, I and was done with their purchase and had left the store. Never will I pre order again. Also as I told the other Bud tender what happened this is why I got in the other line and the bud tender didn't want to tell me the girl name. This right here may not make me return back. Also 3 days, ago the couldn't get it RIGHT. As I was in store they gave me the wrong stuff; the young man. So, I returned back and it was correct but I did receive nothing, but a regular preroll for the in convience. As they stated on the phone, I was told I would get a INFUSED PREROLL. Now, I when it was just MED patients only This never happened. This the 2nd time that my order was incorrect. WTF. I'm sure the staff is medicated, still; I'm spending my $$ here as a LOYAL: customer. Now and then when it was MED; Only; Never had a problem. Oh, making me think twice about return. I do know this NEVER PREORDER.

Every time I come here, the staff is always kind friendly. They explain things easily with full knowledge of their products. never have to wait long as they are good at getting people in, helped, and on their way with professional speed.

Great staff very friendly always giving good advice on meds. Some meds are worth the quality always returning back. Best deals on the west side of Phoenix. You’ll be back know that.
