Truly disappointed with how Trumed is handling Covid-19. They have people waiting in a huge line to get their order in, in the direct sunlight. No water has been available for customers since this started. They are very slow compared to other dispensaries, which was an issue before too. It's also pretty unacceptable how they seem to think it's okay to stop the loyalty point program during this time and to stop normal deals too. So great, just profit as much as possible when people are struggling? It took them a long time to get a good shade structure up outside where people have to wait after putting in their order, but at least it's up. Please get more POS terminals, get shade for the entire line even for the places when it has to wrap around and provide water. Add misters out there too. You could lighten up the mood with music as a bonus. Do not brand yourself as a boutique experience. You are not delivering it.

Day before 420: It is about a hour of driving total for me to come to Organix. I pre ordered online. Wait time was about 20 minutes, better than most dispensaries for wait time compared to other places, but... Two items were left out of my order. And one of the items were wrong. (Got shatter instead of budder). I tried calling, but their phone isn't connecting. There is no email I can find for Organix. I am not driving another hour to come back for their mistake. Pretty upset right now. I've spent so much money here. Come on, this is a day before 420.
