Sunnyside is my main dispensary (medicine user). I have picked up here multiple times. Everything is so so. Not amazing but good enough. They have good prices compared to other dispensaries in that area. The Sunnyside’s customer staff has always been friendly. I should mention that I did have a problem with the security guard once. Im medicinal and under 21 so there was once when the guard pulled me aside to ask for the address on my ID. I did just that and gave him my address on the card. I understand protocol. However, protocol doesn’t mean to joke around with me. The guard responded “thats not the address on the ID” then after some dialogue said “oh just kidding, your right.” Thats unprofessional service.

First off, i'm med-patient. I picked up from this place I got about 319$ worth of things. I gave them 320$ and then I used my 10$ off points. So in total it was 309$. I got my things and then I was driving home--then I noticed that the cashier/worker didnt give me back my cash (10$). So then I drove back and told them that they didn't give me my money back so they went through the process of calculating everything and then came to realize that they made a mistake. On the receipt, however, it said that I donated to their adoptive family program which I absolutely did not. After that, I get home and tried out my new RSO's and not only is it the most difficult thing to get the oil out of the syringe but whose bright idea it was to put RSO's in a GLASS syringe?! The glass shattered. Overall, this dispensary just wanted to get quantity over quality when it comes to service. They had so many people inside the dispensary and definitely not taking Covid precautions. Seems like the employees were just overworked. I absolutely do not recommend this dispensary, regardless of their prices. They are not worth the headache and hassle. Very disappointed.
