To all fellow cannabis lovers...my name is Dean and have been going to kind heart for almost a year is by. and find it by far the Best dispensary I've have been too in Portland ! All the people from the owner Rob to Marcus...Joel..and all the other employees are Hella cool! All knowledgeable in medical and recreational cannabis! i would recommend this store too everyone from first time customer's to growers who want excellent cuttings! friendly atmosphere and great products! ✌
