Med patients beware! I recently had my worst experience at a cannabis dispensary ever here, that made me stop going here immediately. I went here about once a week for 3+ years as a medical patient because of their deals and customer service. When my medical authorization expired this year and I went to get a new card printed, the night/weekend budtender who handles creating them accused me of printing out a state medical form and plagiarizing my auth rather than going through a doctor. He then proceeded to tell me it was actually legitimate after "calling his manager", but that he still couldn't create a new med card because it was the "wrong format". A) He was never on the phone and lied. B) It's the same, correct format med auth's have been for over a decade, with DOH watermarks present and my doctors signature on both copies. The "other format" section he was focusing on is for doctors, not patients. My doctor confirmed my med auth was correct and another dispensary had no problems making a med card from it. Lastly, when I asked the budtender to show me how much he was charging me for my purchase without medical discounts, which was my request because I was trying to be an honest customer and just get something and get out ASAP because he was being argumentative, he got more mad and swung the point of sale screen at me yelling "why are you doing this, brother?" only to then over charge me and not give me 2 non-medical discounts I should have been given (I verified my receipt in the parking lot, at which point I couldn't ask for refunds). I will never be going back here and do not recommend any medical patients go here. I've since discovered there are other shops close by that will treat med patients with respect and offer even better prices with equal quality.
