Floyd's Fine Cannabis on 28th

I’m a medical card holder and I’m a loyal Floyd’s customer. My experience at the 28th location is usually flawless and done in a very timely manner. I called at 9 AM to confirm my order could be filled- I was advised that the store clerk would not be able to fill the order until his coworker came in at 12… I finally got the message at 12 30 my order was ready- three and a half hours later. When I arrived the very helpful store clerk told me that the schedule was changed and now the morning person works their shift alone-
Making it harder to fulfill my large medical order. This used to be my favorite place to shop but I have to say after this experience I might have to rethink.
