I’m a medical card holder and I’m a loyal Floyd’s customer. My experience at the 28th location is usually flawless and done in a very timely manner. I called at 9 AM to confirm my order could be filled- I was advised that the store clerk would not be able to fill the order until his coworker came in at 12… I finally got the message at 12 30 my order was ready- three and a half hours later. When I arrived the very helpful store clerk told me that the schedule was changed and now the morning person works their shift alone- Making it harder to fulfill my large medical order. This used to be my favorite place to shop but I have to say after this experience I might have to rethink.

I only needed a small amount to tide me over until my regular dispensaries sale day. It is a few mile drive so I decided to go across the street to Floyds. I blindly placed an order on Leafly for an 1/8 oz priced @ $6.00 gram ($14 for 1/8th). At that price level in this city you should get upper mid quality buds no questions asked. The flower was nothing but dusty shake. I refused the order and the female budtender was rude and copped an attitude when I wasn't happy with quality of flower. Do not recommend, first and last time at Floyds.

This is a fantastic gem in SE to grab buds from. I traveled 2 hours round trip to pick up. I used to live closer. Anyways! Great selection, fantastic staff! My bf took advantage of the veterans discount and the overall shopping experience is why I love shopping here! Also don’t forget to have your ID’s ready! Gotta be 21 to get hi!
