I got there to pick up my order. Inasked the bud tender about some missing gron passion fruit gummies that were missing from my on line order. As you can see on my order they're here on the order but i didn't receive them. There was no explanation as to why they weren't in my pick up order. After i left and go home (since you can't use your phone in the store) i saw they still jad plenty in stock. Makes.me wonder why they wouldn't sell them to me. Im a very frequent customer and my have to start going somewhere else.

D ( Dee) she didn't tell me how to spell her name. Was extremely helpful, she was kind. she took her time, explained products to me. Listened to my needs and why I medically needed product not recreationally needed it. she didn't push me towards a certain item. She gave me options and listened to my needs regarding gluten-free and dairy-free items. My cashier was extremely helpful. there was an error on my ticket and I was overcharged and the cashier quickly resolved. she was sweet. she didn't get flustered and kept her cool. their products seem to be on the higher price of what I'm used to from where I buy and the variety isn't as much as what I'm used to, but their environments very calm, relaxed and very secure by felt very safe in the environment and that's important.

I haven't used my product yet but the bud tender was super nice and helpful. I will definitely be back just because of him. I appreciate a knowledgeable tender. Makes or breaks a shop in my eyes. I am sure the bud is amazing.

Man, there can only be one. when your the best. Went to see uncle Steve and met Ben. he was great. I still love Steve the best and had to go back the next day. this place isn't like,some of the other places I been. Steve cares about not only what I buy, how it worked for me, and what I need from my meds. I don't know the dark haired girls name but she is nice and inviting remember me and you can't get that unless your a regular and I only been twice now. they treat you like family. advise you of what is new good and up in coming and they guarantee their products. Love this,place,the staff and I will keep going to,Steve.
