I was a Fine Fettle patient in Willimantic, as I loved the people, atmosphere (that West Coast vibes vs doctor's office feel), prices, and rewards program, but am closer to the Newington location. I was happy to see that the vibe here is the same as it is in Willimantic. The place is HUGE, super chill, love the staff and think the terpene station was a nice touch. I definitely recommend this place. It was initially a little hard to find, but if you look for the urgent care building past Wendy's near the vet, it's down in the back of that building.

First of all, this place is BEAUTIFUL. They did an amazing job with the decor/aesthetic and it's got a really warm, chill vibe. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and were very helpful with filling out the change of dispensary form. I also got to do my intake on the spot and didn't need to come back or setup an apt, so that was nice. The rewards program is dope, too. It was a refreshing change of pace from the other two dispensaries I have been to, and I'm so glad there's finally a dispensary in the Windham area, and an amazing one at that.
