Fine Fettle - Willimantic

Fine Fettle changed my perception of dispensaries. From cold & sterile to a Warm welcoming atmosphere. The employees are Wonderful to talk with, about products or general chit chat. They love their community. I may have a Rival dispensary 1.6 miles away, but I Usually wind up at FF for the better product & more reasonable price.

Fine fettle has made my life much easier by providing helpful insight to which strains and flower would best help sleep insomnia, mental block on creativity and Over all increasing my health by lowering symptoms of depression. Tremendous appreciation all around - Roger

I live closer to the Newington location, but chose to drive out to Willimantic because they had some products I needed. There's no mask mandate anymore as of this review, and because I'm disabled & high risk for covid, I don't go indoors much when there will be others without a mask. I didn't have a great experience with the no-masks situation at the Newington location because of how the building is designed, but Willimantic is doing a great job. I felt safer there. The staff was very helpful and friendly, they were truly great and the lovely Dave Grohl lookalike at the front explained the layout and how things work there so I never felt confused. As a Neurodivergent person, this made me feel so much less stressed in general.

I had an incredibly comfortable and informative experience visiting Fine Fettle for the first time. Nearly all the employees introduced themselves to me as they explained their normal procedure and got me through the sign-in process. Jack helped me check out the first time and he was incredibly helpful, catching an error in my order and trying to save me as much money on my order as possible without my even having to ask. Another thing I noticed was that several of their staff members working at the time were fluently multilingual, and were able to accommodate another Spanish speaking customer who was in the store at the same time as me. Everything about this dispensary is set up to be accessible and comfortable for the patient, and their selection is incredibly diverse compared to some of the other medical dispensaries in the general area. 10/10 would absolutely recommend choosing Fine Fettle as your dispensary. Great staff, great service, great atmosphere, great weed
