Cannabis Haven - Augusta (Med)

When I arrived I was not greeted, which was fine until literally everyone else who walked in got a "Hi, we'll be right with you!". It was my first time at any Cannabis Haven and my friend who is a manager of a medical store sent me in to reap the discounts. After using the kiosk to place my order I waited for two customers to be waited on hand and foot- moving through the store and pouring over the displays. When it was finally my turn I was told that the kiosk didn't even work, which would have been great to know during any of the 6 minutes I stood next to the counter using this computer in front of them. When asked what I picked on the menu, I was told none of those were in stock. When I asked for Indicas, I was advised to "read the labels, all the information is there." I was able to get the tender to finally recommend their favorite indica (gmo) only to find out that I would not be able to have two of these prerolls because their inventory was -1. I was then sold two prerolls that said "bagel" with no other information except where it was grown, and told it was "the same thing". After being patronized two times too many I just wanted to leave. I spent WAY too much on what I purchased, and was never welcomed with any first time customer benefit- I think it says a free eighth? Needless to say I won't be shopping there ever again, and will strongly advise anyone I know and love to stay away at all costs.
