Haven’t been here in a while but needed some stuff and it is on the way home. Switching to the self service was different, not a fan of stuff that’s been touched by a bunch of people from outside no gloves or hand sanitizer. Had to show my driver license multiple times due to their system having an issue but they also had rather bad customer service from the person greeting me to the person ringing me up. Also weird to not put the items in a bag or to offer one? All the issues together make it clear this ain’t the dispensary for me.

returned after staying away for almost 2 years because I heard the store got better. Store and employees were cool but still very disappointed in the flower. flower was dry and smelt like hay. Good place for edibles, but that's pretty much it.

gonna be a while before returning despite this being one of my favorite dispensaries. Raising the price like you guys did (60/half to 80/half) has driven away me and many others. what a shame, hope things change back to normal so I can come back.

Gave this place another chance after not coming here for a long time. still the same as before, nice store and nice workers but unless you buy Private Reserve tier flower, expect the driest and weakest flower.

quality wasnt an issue. no point calling or placing an online order, everyone waits in the same line and doesn't go faster for any option. stand outside in a long line then go inside to sit and wait longer. they are doing what they can with the pandemic going on I understand, but likely wont be back till things to back to normal.

shady and misleading deals. would not recommend to anyone unless in dire need. 2/10.
