If I don't over do it, this is a great bud for doing stuff. What kind of stuff? The stuff that requires effort, movement, and/or concentration. It still does a great job of relaxing my mind while keeping it sharp and focused.

You have got to meet the Amazing Carl! I call him that because he knew exactly what to recommend for every request. He is, well, amazing. I found the best prices here.
