Unfortunately, Patriot Care has, since their somewhat recent opening, routinely had difficulty stocking comparable quality cannabis to the other dispensaries in the Commonwealth. I've visited twice a week since their opening, keeping an eye on their offerings and quality. Unfortunately, Patriot Care has several issues at the moment. I'll turn to quality in a second, but the service has been weirdly bad for no known reason. I have, on multiple occasions, been ignored, rudely brushed off, or otherwise caught the admission window person in a bad mood. It's been the same late-middle-aged woman, so either she's having a bad month, or that's just how she is. The "budtenders" and other employees are fairly hit or miss, but so far about half the time I've also caught generally irritable employees here. I have absolutely no idea why, however I've noticed that the attitude sustains itself across the customers in front of me, and it appears to continue after I've left, so I don't think it's just me. In general, the employee attitude at this location is uneven at best. Finally, and this has changed now, but Patriot Care was running with the most restrictive and least sensical purchase of anywhere in the state. Strangely, they also have the dubious distinction of being one of the least visited. Quality: Look, I'll just direct. The cannabis offerings here are routinely: low-TAC (I would say they REGULARLY average maybe 15% on their listed TACs; that's about half the strength and quality of peer dispensaries), the selection is limited both broadly, in terms individual strains, but also they rarely have Sativas of any quality. Occasional non-standard Sativa strains and other in-house, low-strength strains compose most of the menu here. If you want high-Myrcene and other less desirable or less common terpene profiles, they've got some interesting offerings. If you're looking for Limene, Pinene, and other terpene profiles related to Sativa strains and their ilk, I would highly, highly encourage you to look elsewhere. Not only do they rarely care sativas, when they do, they're rarely common, popular, and well-received Sativas. Instead, they're low-strength, unusual terpene profiles, or simply not existent. It's a neat space. I like the interior. TL;DR: 1.) Employees should relax and enjoy their job a little bit. Or at least hide their annoyance and disgust with working here. 2.) More strains of cannabis. 3.) more sativa. 4.) higher quality.
