Overheard the staff making some incredibly insensitive, inappropriate, and prejudiced comments about another customer when she left. Dude in the backwards ball cap working check-in should not be working customer service if he can't get his head around LGBT issues. Absolutely disgusted. Will not be back.

The MMJ program in AZ is meant for people with actual medical conditions. That being said, why is it that every time I come in for *medication* you guys are having some kind of "stoner special" or block party with food trucks outside? I use MMJ because I can't take prescription pain killers due to my medical condition. If I come in for a specific strain and overhear your bud tenders selling the last of it to someone because "it's so loud bro, it's that fire, you're gonna get blazed" then you have absolutely no right to call yourself a medical dispensary. I don't use marijuana to get high, I use it to manage my condition. It's VERY upsetting to see that you guys are obviously a recreational pot shop touting yourselves as a medical dispensary in an attempt to garner more business. Your concentrates are obviously made with trim and aren't purged properly (I've found plant matter in mine MULTIPLE times), and the price point should be even lower for how ineffective it is. After seeing how abysmally you handled your parking lot party this morning, I won't be giving you guys any more business. It's ridiculous that you would even pretend to be interested in helping actual patients with actual problems when you clearly are looking to make a fast buck with the stoner crowd.
