I hadn't visited Takoma in over a year, and was happily surprised to see that the shop continues to evolve and get better. Parking, which used to be difficult, has been much improved thanks to a few lot attendants. I love the outdoor, pick-up window! As someone who is VERY picky about the cannabis they consume, ordering online just doesn't work. The industry just isn't consistent enough (yet) for me to trust that the stain I loved last go around will be just as well cured and dialed in this time around. Another thing that has gotten even better: speed of service. It took 14 min from the time I pulled in, until I got back in my car to leave, and it was a Friday afternoon. Funny cuz half the time I'm at shops that are empty that make me wait longer. Last thing I'll say is that I like that the store is owned by a local DC family. In this day and age, so important to support small businesses over big corporations. Takoma - I will see you again soon!!
