Love these. If your looking for a high and relaxation, the 1 to 1 is it. One gummy has 10mg of THC and 10mg CBD. One gummy gave me a very nice pleasent relaxed high. I ate two gummies on another occasion and I couldnt feel my face! So two was too much for me. Great Taste on these though. They last a couple of hours or so for me. It did take about an hour to go into effect.
