I just sat on the phone on hold for 40 minutes trying to speak to a manager about my review. I just wrote regarding the manager that didn’t assist me. I’m tired of this place and it doesn’t even seem like they care if you’re medical or not there’s no consideration and customer service sucks

It’s unfortunate for us medical patients you continue to increase the pricing. Especially with a half ounce prepacks. And there’s no advantage other than a small discount for holding a medical card the line does not move faster than any other line. I don’t think it’s been two months and you’ve increased the prices twice! You guys are like a true dealer....get them hooked on cheap prices and now you continue to increase the pricing at the most difficult time...
