I have been going here for over a year and just today have decided I just can't ever get flower here again. :( Here's the scoop: I asked the person who helped me to crack a stem to see if a larger bud strain was dry enough. To my surprise, she said I could touch it...WHAT. Just at that moment, the patient to my left was fingering through 2 jars and picking up buds and smelling/squeezing them. NOOOOOO!!! That is so disgusting to allow patients to handle the flower thats for everyone! This is Detroit people! I have seen some dirty characters in there before and to imagine them touching the flower I could be smoking... so gross. You have no idea where their hands have been, what they've got on them, if they've wiped their nose or coughed in their hand... Until that policy changes, I just can't buy your flower. People can literally spread disease that way. Please address it!! GOOD: -Location! Sure you have your hookers and hustlers walking down Michigan, but they've got their business to do, so I've never had an issue. Settled next to a Metro PCS store and a Subway, there's always a fair amount of foot traffic around there. Parking in front is also for the other stores, so be prepared to park on the street in prime hours. STAFF!! I LOVE the staff here! Super friendly, very helpful and relaxed attitudes. Never rushes you, grabs jar after jar for you to check out, can recommend strains that are similar to what you're looking for. Truly, shout out to the girls and guys who work there, you guys are awesome! Even security is friendly and respectful!! Love love love VARIETY: Flower, shatter, edibles, vape cartridges, dog treats, drinks, papers, lock boxes- it's a great line up. Flower is 3 tier shelfs, 10/g, 15/g, 20/g. The top shelf has never been a let down, the other two are hit or miss. There are some real gems in there but you have to take your time to smell and analyze a few kinds before you hit. I hope they change how they do things there with the touching of the bud, until then I just can't smoke flower from there.

Vanilla Kush is always on the 10/g shelf at my local dispensary, which surprised me for how stellar this strain was! It has that classic thick kush smell and a sweet italian vanilla undertone. What really surprised me was how heady the high was! I was pretty burnt out on my few go-to strains and had been trying out other strains with no luck. After my week of boring bud, Vanilla Kush had me blown back to last week. No couchlock or tiredness, just giggles and joy. x
