Worst customer service I’ve ever received anywhere in my life by the alleged “manager over both locations” who goes by “Johnny Thursday”. Zero stars! I came back in after they pulled a bait and switch on my purchase. Johnny told me that he would give me 20% off what it should have cost for what I originally ordered and paid for (i.e., if the original purchase was $20/g for replacing 2g, that would be $32) and definitely lied about that. When I expressed feeling ripped off for a second time in one day, he became so irate my senior citizen father even thought he needs mental help. I tried diffusing the situation twice and he just kept screaming at me and getting in my face during a pandemic (the whole time he has his security guard behind him with his hand on his gun, leaving me to feel threatened that Johnny could hurt myself or my father and have armed back up). He at one point seemed to become reasonable and asked if I wanted a refund of the difference, I replied that that would be perfect, he then responded verbatim, “fuck you, get thee hell out of my shop “. He said/did other very unprofessional things, but I’m not going to type a novel. This entire time I didn’t raise my voice, curse, or get within 2 feet of his face and yell, like he did to me. The owner’s should really consider helping find him counseling and then proper training.

Overall, they have some decent (a lot of good outsourced product and third-party companies) medicine. However, the guy that's usually at the front desk just has a very rude, standoffish personality (he seemed to almost have a problem with me asking a simple question about signing my plants over in a month; I have a 24 and 8 count, so one would think they would want that. The main issue though is that, the three times I've gone in there, specifically for deals, I seem to get what appears to be a bait and switch (i.e., the cartridges aren't the quality or sometimes even the same brand of the cartridges appearing in the deal of the day or I show up for $15 OTD live resin and they only had cured live sugar; which I can regularly get for $10 at a lot of other places, not even carrying the product the front desk guy claimed they had, real shaky/old flower, etc.). Needless to say, I ended up mainly purchasing products that they don't even manufacture and I am done wasting my time driving over there just to be screwed. Learn your products, learn your medicine, ethically label/advertise, & learn appropriate customer care!! Standing Akimbo used to be so well-respected (especially in the medical community) which is the most disappointing part of all this.

It feels like I get a great deal one time and ripped-off the next. I'll only shop there from now on out of desperation or if they're the only place that needs what I have. Good product, I just don't appreciate being sold one thing thinking I'm buying something else until it's too late (the transaction has gone through on their computer) and being out extra money, with less medicine. A 250mg edible should NEVER cost over $30 for med patients (thought I was buying a 500mg bar and the price would have matched up with that. Slick sales talk and over trusting a bud tender is a mistake I've now learned the hard way)! Just be cautious of the actual mg you're buying and don't just take their word for it.

This was my first ever medical purchase and while the budtenders were extremely nice, I was told the crystalline & edibles I bought would cost a lower price than labeled and then was charged the regular price. Not at all happy with my "Rockin Extracts" grape stomper coated crystalline or the "ROBHOTS" 180mg gummies I got. However, I will be making another visit for flower as they do have some very clean and fire looking & smelling buds. All the indica options are a big plus too for me medically! Looking forward to giving them a second try for some good flower when I run out, but I definitely will be holding them to quoted prices and a tip will need to actually be earned this time. Hopefully last time was an honest mistake and my service rating will reflect as if the price discrepancy were a mistake. Additionally, my quality rating will strictly reflect the strains I saw, smelled, and how clean the buds looked. Place seems potentially great, so I'm hoping round 2 will be all that this place appears to have to offer (staff, cleanliness, dank flower, and good prices)!

Everything is overpriced!! I purchased an edible there once because I was already there and their flower was NOT impressive at all. I decided to give them another shot, due to their hours and the amount of time I had, but walked out without buying anything since 6-9% THC with almost no CBD count was what they had to offer for a .5 gram pre-rolled. I will say that I am a fan of the hours and it's one of the nicest looking dispensaries I've been to in CO. I just wish they had better prices or at least bud that matches the prices they're charging. Until that happens, I'd recommend shopping elsewhere!

My time in the store was brief, but that's because I knew the exact strain I wanted (9lb hammer) from their online menu, which was actually up to date, and they were the only dispensary in the city with that strain at the time. I haven't shopped there since, but I do plan on stopping back in since they seem to have the strains I need medically when the rest of the city doesn't. I can't speak to any of their other products yet, but the 9lb hammer was great, the place was really clean, budtender was nice, and I like how they package their bud to stay fresh longer.

First time at this location. It was a nice clean shop with great budtenders! I picked up a pre-rolled of some lemon skunk, which was excellent. Also, since it was my birthday, the budtender that helped me actually paid for my $0.01 birthday joint (a nice, unexpected costumer service surprise regardless of the cost). The prices are a little higher than most local dispensaries, but there is clearly a reason as everything looked/smelled trimmed and cured to a higher standard than many others shops I've been to.
