I am extremely displeased with this buisness and how unprofessional they were in handling a purchase my friend and I made Sunday July 26 at 2:21 pm. The employers, the security guard, Mr. King and the agent in charge, EdGar Corbezz, refused to assist me on how I can get my exchange after receiving 2 mojito hybrid disposables (one was half empty the other COMPLETELY EMPTY). I understand, Recreational orders are final when purchased, but our item was empty. Which makes this order incomplete. I own a small business and understand the value of customer satisfaction—I am not satisfied and I will NEVER return to this establishment. If you are reading this, be CAUTIOUS....this business is a scam, they will not allow you to unwrap the item before leaving the store but will sale you an empty cart. This is unacceptable and frustrating that the employers refuse to take responsibility for products they purchased from PharmaCann LLC. I called PharmaCann because they cultivated the product and they could not help due to the fact that I didn’t purchase it from them. However, they suggested Maribis to contact them to rectify the issue. I am extremely displeased with how my friend and I were treated after our hard earned money was taken and not handled with care. This family owned business should have took our information and shared it with the necessary people to satisfy us as customers but no, they refused to help nor guide us to the right direction on how we can resolve this issue. I have pictures and receipts as evidence and will take legal actions if the proper procedures are not perused to give us a full refund!!!!!!
