I have supported this business since they opened, before this opened it was a place called Botanica and I remember supporting Eden from the beginning. They recently fired or got rid of ALL their amazing staff including people like Mimi (if you’re a regular you know her) not to mention all the other workers I have not seen. Ever since then it’s been just ridiculous. If you’re a medical patient you need to go to legit any other spot, the person at the counter didn’t know how much was in a pound or half pound, which alright I guess, but as a medical patient having to explain what the deals would/should be was weird. She also tried to just flat sell me ounce per ounce a half pound which is (I guess I have to say it) not how medical works. She tried to be helpful and call someone and they basically said ‘write down your number and what you’re looking for and I’ll have something in Monday’. This was on a Thursday and I said to myself, alright I’ll just see. It is now Tuesday and even after checking in yesterday the person flat out ignored and did not even tell me the price/flower/anything - THEN fell through on his end even though this is my medicine? This was what it was like in 2005 buying marijuana illegally. It’s sad what’s happened, and I will never - ever return. If you are in medical and want a place serious in helping this sadly is NOT it. There are SO many places even in walking distance that pace Eden (now adays) by a light year. For recreational too - trust me you can get better or just as good. Farewell Eden.

I came here on thanksgiving and I was real quick got an 8th, it was pre weighed out which I never like. But that’s not the reason for the one star I gave this place a 1 star because when I got home I noticed something didn’t look right about the amount; I weighed it and it was 3.4 of a pre weighed out eighth. Here’s the thing, if you rip off people for .1, I just can’t accept that. (I also tipped and was really kind, the guy seemed kinda pissy but I get it cause who wants to work on a holiday?) You guys can NOT rip off customers. I don’t care if it were .01, it’s off. But .1 short per eighth? Come on friends. Not a fun feeling being shorted on thanksgiving. Also, the eighth was $35, but I have the tax off for medical, AND a 20% discount for your “thanksgiving deal” but it was 28.20..? That math doesn’t add up. Won’t return, and honestly anyone looking at this there are a TON of competition that give you .1-.2 OVER & also actually weigh it in front of you. Sorry, you lost a customer because you ripped me off. I am also a medical patient. Fix this now.
