Hi guys, if you are an old customer (like me) you might have notice the website is brand new and your old account has been deleted. So now you starting the process of opening a new account uploading your DL front and back and etc. If you like to pay online you may also notice there no longer working with PAYTENDER but with a new 3rd party who also in tiny letters is telling you they can do with your information what they will and GOOD TREE is not responsible if they share/sale your personal information to others. IMPORTANT: BEWARE when driver arrives to you, he will asking for your ID/DL to identify you, and that's okay, until he snaps it off your hand and put it on his lap and take a picture of it with his personal phone. According to this DRIVER (LARRY H) THEY WILL BE TAKING PICTURES OF YOUR DRIVER LICENSE "EVERY TIME A DRIVER DROPS OFF YOUR ORDER" >>>>with his personal phone<<<< YES!! Don't call the office they will tell you his right. Driver will snap a shot of your DL with your with you Face, Address and Date of birth on it, etc. you know the stuff "Identity burglars" looooove so they can duplicate false ID's, get a loan online, you know the drill. How does this make you feel? Well I called the office, and this girl that answered confirmed they will be taking pictures of your DL every time. I said really? So Every time I order there will be a new driver that I've never seen before (because you never get the same dude) and he will be taking shots of my DL with my personal information? SERIOUSLY? I trust you guys (now I'm not to sure) but not the DRIVERS, I mean he could be there today and quit the next day. How do you control that? How many pictures of DRIVER LICENSES is he taking per day? Are you really paying them that good they wont do anything with them? Do you asked them to delete them later? That's funny, but its not. I'm not sure I want to continue doing this. The girl hang up on me. NOW IM IN SHOCK. I tried calling back, they made me wait 20 mins picked up and hang up on me again, now twice. This company is acting shady. To me seems like they are aiming for a lawsuit or a thorough investigation by a county office if they don't change their unprofessional and shady ways. P.S. They product is declining in quality. FYI
