Next Level is, hands down, my favorite dispensary in Eugene, or anywhere! The quality of the bud is always EXCELLENT, the prices are some of the best in town, and they have great specials!! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly but they do not come on aggressively with a sales pitch like most dispensaries. If you think another place in town is your favorite, it is probably because you haven't been here before! :)

The quality of the bud is nice, but if I have to put up with customer "service" that makes me feel like an inconvenience for simply walking in the door, I'd rather go elsewhere. The team members you have in the back area actually giving you the product are consistently awesome, but EVERY single time I have gone in (about a dozen times now) I have either received NO service from the front counter, or someone has made some sort of rude comment. My last trip, I was asked if "my generation" just doesn't understand an I-pad. I am 34. Seriously, guys: it is time to hire some new staff.

After a SUPER disappointing experience at a nearby dispensary, my visit to Harvest Moon brightened up my day! Every person there was nicer than the next. The atmosphere was warm. The employees were very knowledgeable about the product, and the bud was BEAUTIFUL. I was happy to pay an extra couple of dollars for high quality organic bud and excellent service. I will most certainly be back!
