I like to explore the businesses around town and give everyone a fair shot. I had a great experience with a bud tender in this location, although I felt the selection was lacking, I went again. I only had $20 cash in my wallet when I stopped by, so the bud tender helped me find a suitable cartridge. She assured me that if I encountered any issues, I had the option to return with no issue. Upon trying the cartridge in my battery it did not work, my other cartridges worked fine. I’ve had this type with the wick not work before, I wasn’t concerned and figured I’d exchange it for better quality when I was in the neighborhood and had more cash on hand. I went back with the intent of spending around $100, including the exchange. The bud tender seemed dead set on only proving me wrong, working hard and with great attitude to ensure no return or exchange would happen and that I was merely an ignorant consumer she would not allow to win, as if it’s a contest. As a business owner and well informed consumer, I decided to give my business to another that was appreciative. I find her tactics arrogant and rude and also putting the consumer at risk for legal action. When doing business, it might be a good idea to allow the customer to finish speaking or at least try to understand why they were in there in the first place. Instead of taking the stance of me against you. I was willing to spend a great deal more had I been treated respectfully.
