Delete my previous review, it doesn't reflect what happened. I ordered blue dream and green crack which were supposed to be $65/7g and NOT listed on sale yet on their website, but they refused to reply the 10% MA health discount they offer to medical patients. When I called to complain they said it was a confusion/mistake. The manager did absolutely nothing, then I look on their website about 30-45 minutes later and see: "staff pick *****SALE" against the blue dream and green crack strains within 30 minutes of my complaint!! What a joke! I have the receipt showing absolutely no deductions/sales but I'm just going to cut my losses, and go elsewhere. My spouse and I have spent several tens of thousands of dollars here within the past few years. It will be their loss long term.

They are always great to deal with. I'd say they are the most laid back and easy to deal with dispensary I've ever dealt with. You get a very personal experience since you have to order by calling them, using their menu on weed maps. I have found this dispensary to be 100% accurate with their packing, advertising, etc. I give them 5/5 in every aspect. They are friendly and willing to be patient, so you can order exactly what you want getting the best value. I love this place. As a long time patient, before finding this place, I've seen how OTHER dispensaries can be shady in several ways, such as not applying promised rewards, not paying attention to detail, making clerical errors (always in their favor) etc. This is where online ordering has given me proof so I could get the clerical errors set straight. This is NOT ANYTHING you have to worry about here. I am a consistent patient who spends quite a bit over time at least so I've experienced the market in the area over the past few years. This dispensary is my favorite. I appreciate a dispensary that is so honest and accurate and will keep doing business with them and recommending them to friends and family. They have a great variety of flower, concentrate, vape carts, and edibles. It is common for them to have some of the best strains in stock for great prices/value for where they are located. They pay attention to detail and do completely honest business which is hard to find at a dispensary regardless of the technology they use. They have my respect and I'll continue to give them business and recommend them. I'd say this is an example where keeping it simple works better.

This place is amazing! They offer great customer service, good products, fair prices, have good hours, etc. I've had a few minor problems with orders getting mixed up or reward points not getting applied properly but that was quickly rectified by calling their customer service! They were polite, listened to me complain and then rectified the problem. They have treated me fairly and it is clear they care about repeat business. I have spent a lot of money here and feel comfortable doing it and recommending them to other people which is something I can't say about most other dispensaries. It seems like many other dispensaries in this area feel that they are doing a favor by letting you be a customer. That is not the case here. As for strains, they always seem to be stocked with good sativa and indica. They grow on site and have some unique strains such as desert diesel which is a great sour diesel cross breed that can be 25%+ THC. They also started offering ATF (Alaskan Thunderf*ck) which is a strain I have known about and have wanted to try for over 20 years. It was worth it. This is also the only place I have been able to find the Northern Lights strain and I was able to get both flower and shatter for a fair price. Their extract selection isn't massive, but is has grown lately. I really like to do shatter and they have been offering at least 2 kinds. Their wax costs more for some reason which isn't worth it to me, but to each their own. I can't say anything negative about them overall.

I am sick of these people not offering what is on their current menu and pushing whatever they have extra of to people they think will put up with it. They don't care about your continued business and out of the 5+ times I have been there and even every story I have heard from medical patients involves them saying they do not have specific items on their CURRENT menu. People are only willing to pay this much if you sell them what they actually want. They are taking advantage of the fact that they are the only dispensary around. Hopefully not for long. Save yourself the hassle, spend a little more gas money and go elsewhere.
