Today was my first visit. I was promptly greeting by very friendly staff. I went to this dispensary because they had a promotion on my eatibles. I used to go to Bloom Peoria but they have been purchased by Cureleaf & the customer service has nose dived rock bottom. They have cheated me out of 2500 loyalty points. I have contacted their customer service (Cureleaf) several times 10x+ over several weeks & NO ONE HAS EVER CONTACTED ME BACK regarding this matter I have even left messages for the store manager to contact me 3x & NOTHING ..... Cureleaf's loyalty program sucks you have to purchase 5x the amount of products to start earning points where as others are in like 1pt for every $ spent. So I am looking for a new dispensary to service my & my husband's needs. As I said they had a BOGO on the eatibles we use. Angie was my bud tender she wad very friendly, accommodating. She accidentally dropped one of my packages & without having to ask she got me a new one as sever of the hard candies shattered. I will be back again Thanks again to Angie

Since getting bought out by Cureleaf they SUCK ..... I had a good amount of loyalty points that I want to use but can't because they are "updating" their system .... for over 2mo now. Their specials on eatibles SUCK Bloom had bogo on Sir Newton's now they no longer have that. Bring back decent specials on eatibles NOT EVERYONE SMOKES. Staff is great specials are no.
